Still testing and familiarising myself with the QHY268C, this time on another dark-sky (or should I say cloudy-sky) trip to Bortle Class 3 mid-Wales.

Notes

28th November 2022 Only one night in the week looks like it will be clear enough to image so here is a stack of the two and a quarter hours of integration time I managed before the clouds rolled in on the second night (Sunday). So far I am increasingly impressed with the way the 268C performs with plenty of visible nebulosity in just a single sub-frame which makes framing easy and minute-by-minute enjoyment high. The SNR in such a small integration time stack is really pleasing as is my first outing with Noise Xterminator which has dealt excellently with the noise that is present in such a short exposure.
